Cable Feeding Tool Divisible (split unit)

The Pull Line Blower EZ100 by Zeitler has been developed especially for network construction such as civil engineering, ground work, roads, tunnels, bridges, etc.

It is suitable for cable ducts from Ø 50 to 150 mm (internal diameter).

The pull line might be blown or aspirated. Water, small residues, impurities or else can often be pushed through with the shuttle in only one operation.

Zeitler EZ15 Pull Line Blower for microducts (ø 4-20 mm).

Complete set in strong plastic case including the following accessories:

• 5 tube couplings for outer diameters 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 mm
• 1 tube reductor 8 to 7mm 1 compressed air hose (3 m length)
• 1 universal hose attachement (for internal diameter 13 -20 mm)
• 1 T-fitting (to take off the top of the cylinder to refill pull line roll)
• 1 box with spare parts and sissors 4 special pull line rolls ( Ø 1 mm, tensile strength approx. 24 kg, roll approx. 900 m)

The Zeitler Pull Line Blower EZ300 needs no electrical connection.

The strong fuel engine feeds the pull line independent of power supply.

The EZ300 is used for network construction in civil engineering, ground work, roads, tunnels, bridges, snow cannons and cable car construction. It is suitable for cable ducts Ø 25 to 200 mm (internal diameter)

Water, small residues, impurities or else can often be pushed through with the shuttle in only one operation.

The Pull Line Blower EZ50 by Zeitler is used to feed a special pull line promptly and efficiently into conduits of Ø 18 to 50 mm (internal diameter) for electrical installation in private construction.

FTTx Kit 2 (Blowing, divisible).

FTTx Kit 2 contains everything you need for gentle, even blowing of fiber optic cables (Ø 0.5 mm to 8.0 mm) into microducts (Ø 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14 or 16 mm):

• EZ.SPEEDY (pusher) for the selected cable dimension, including the required assembly tool and coupling piece
• EZ.SPLIT (splittableblowing unit) for the corresponding cable dimension
• EZ.SPEEDY Mounting block to securely attach the devices to a tripod or workbench

All in a heavy duty Kit-carry-case, where additional accessories and upgrade-sets for further cable and duct dimensions find a save place.

The Zeitler FTTx Kit 1 contains everything you need for blowing fiber optic cables.

Cable diameters of Ø 0.5 mm to 8.0 mm into microducts of Ø 6, 7, 8, 10, 12 and 14 mm packed in a single compact heavy duty case.

Hand Drill driven cable insertion into the EZ.Speedy, connect your compressor to the EZ.Booster unit and blow the cable into the ducts.

The Zeitler extended FTTx Kit 3 contains all parts needed for blowing fiber optic cables, including the EZ.Speedy feeding tool, EZ.Booster compressed air booster unit and the EZ.Easyglide Cable Lubricator.

Cable diameters of Ø 0.5 mm to 8.0 mm into microducts of Ø 6, 7, 8, 10, 12 and 14 mm packed in a single compact heavy duty case.
