The P6246 Differential Probes enable users to make time-domain or frequency-domain measurements on high-bandwidth signals commonly found in disk drive, digital IC design (RAMBUS), and communication applications (Gigabit Ethernet, IEEE-1394 Firewire, and Fibre Channel).

The P6139B probes is high bandwidth, high impedance 10X passive voltage probes with 10 MΩ input resistance.

Tektronix P6015A High-Voltage Probe. For heavy-duty high-performance measurements of voltages over 2.5 kV, the P6015A is the industry standard. You can measure DC voltages up to 20 kVRMSand pulses up to 40 kV (peak, 100 ms duration).

Tektronix P5210 High-voltage Differential Probes.The P5210A have the largest differential dynamic range capability from Tektronix, allowing users to safely measure up to ±6000 V. The THDP0100 supports bandwidths up to 100 MHz and slew rates up to 2500 V/ns at 1/1000 gain.

The P5100A is a low input capacitance, high-voltage probe (2.5 kV) designed for higher-frequency applications. The probe can be compensated to match plug-ins and oscilloscopes with nominal input capacitances of 7-30 pF.

Tektronix A622 100 Amp AC/DC Current Probe/BNC. The A622 can measure AC/DC currents from 50 mA to 100 A peak over a frequency range of DC to 100 kHz. It provides 10 mV or 100 mV output for each Amp measured.

Tektronix A621 2000 Amp AC Current Probe/BNC. The A621 can measure AC currents from 100 mA to 2000 A peak over a frequency range of 5 Hz to 50 kHz. It provides a 1 mV, 10 mV, or 100 mV output for each Amp measured.
