TCP312A DC-100MHz AC/DC current measurement system
Tektronix TCP0150 AC/DC Probe. This AC/DC current measurement probe provides 20 MHz of frequency bandwidth with selectable range control for 25 A and 150 A measurement ranges.
TCP0030A is a high-performance, easy-to-use AC/DC current probe. This AC/DC current measurement probe provides greater than 120 MHz of bandwidth with selectable 5 A and 30 A measurement ranges. It also provides exceptional low-current measurement capability and accuracy to current levels as low as 1 mA.
Tektronix TCP0020 AC/DC current probe. The TCP0020 is designed for direct connection to oscilloscopes with the TekVPI™ probe interface. The TCP2020 is designed for use with any instrument with BNC inputs and >100 kΩ input termination. These AC/DC current probes provide sufficient performance to support 50 MHz measurement system bandwidth. The TCP0020 provide a maximum 20 ARMS measurement range.

Tektronix A622 100 Amp AC/DC Current Probe/BNC. The A622 can measure AC/DC currents from 50 mA to 100 A peak over a frequency range of DC to 100 kHz. It provides 10 mV or 100 mV output for each Amp measured.
Tektronix A621 2000 Amp AC Current Probe/BNC. The A621 can measure AC currents from 100 mA to 2000 A peak over a frequency range of 5 Hz to 50 kHz. It provides a 1 mV, 10 mV, or 100 mV output for each Amp measured.
The THDP0200 are active differential probes that are capable of safely measuring differential voltages up to ±1500 V. The probes are effective in making Measurements in IGBT circuits such as motor drives and power converters. The THDP0200 supports bandwidths up to 200 MHz and slew rates up to 275 V/ns at 1/250 gain.
