A Source Measure Unit (SMU) is a highly versatile electronic instrument used to characterize electrical components and materials. From the research bench to the production floor, SMUs are built to address your most complex testing needs. It acts as a precision power supply, a true current source or an electronic load while measuring voltage and current at the same time. The Tektronix modular SMU optimizes ATE testing workflow by providing high precision in a dense form factor:
